fivemani THE REBIRTH (ver3.00)
is one of the most popular custom play skins created for LunaticRave 2 (LR2) SD only. It is specifically designed to recreate the look, feel, and arcade HUD of original late-1990s 5-key beatmania (5mani) machines inside LR2.
Standard LR2 skins are built for 7-key (IIDX style) layouts. When playing classic 5-key BMS songs on a 7-key skin, two lanes remain empty and offset. fivemani THE REBIRTH fixes this by re-centering the playfield to 5 keys plus 1 turntable (5k+1s) and rebuilding the user interface around retro arcade aesthetics.
